FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

  1. How long will my item take to arrive? Our turnaround time varies depending on how busy we are, it can be as little as a few days or as long as two weeks, as we make everything to order we like to make sure your item is perfect before it goes out to you. So please ensure you order as early as possible.
  2. What if I need something quicker? Please contact us on Facebook or Instagram and if the item is in stock we may be able to make your item quicker – you will need to pay a rush fee of £10 per item.

  4. What postal service are items sent by? As standard, we offer FREE Postage via Royal Mail 2nd class on most items, however, you can upgrade for £2 to have your item delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail. 1st Class aims to have your parcel delivered within 24 hours and 2nd class aims to have your parcel delivered within 48 hours, however, these are not guaranteed timings so please order within plenty of notice.
  5. Refunds/Exchanges Policy: Refunds/Exchanges are not available on personalised items unfortunately, this is due to the fact they cannot be changed once personalised. Exchanges are available on non-personalised items but the customer must pay return postage and always get proof of postage when returning.
  6. Where are you? We are based in the North East of England however we are online only, we do not have a physical store.

  8. What are the care instructions for the clothing? Please wash items inside out no higher than 40° and DO NOT Tumble Dry, Iron on reverse only.
  9. What is the sizing like for the clothing? We have been made aware the majority of our clothing is true to size, apart from the following:
    ✨ Children’s t-shirts up to 3-4 years are usually larger fitting
     ✨Babygrows are very big fitting – please check the measurements if you need a perfect fit for a certain date, lots of people size down.
    Children’s PJs are pretty good sizing on the chest but the arms and legs are usually a bit long for most children, we find lots of customers roll them up a little or size down if their child is very small. If you’re in doubt about any items, please check the measurements of our products here
  10. What do you use to personalise items? We started off personalising our items purely with a teeny tiny embroidery machine, however, thanks to the support of our lovely customers we have now been able to expand and also personalise items with HTV vinyl, with superior quality products. In 2021 we were able to upgrade all of our machines to the highest quality possible. Our embroidery machine is a 6-needle machine that can embroider over 1200 stitches per minute, we have multiple vinyl cutting machines as well as a 5-star heat press.
  11. What colours can I choose from for personalisation? We have a range of different colour options available from sparkly to plain, the colours available for each item are shown on the product page. You can also see all of the colour options below.
  12. Can you make me something that isn’t on the website?  A lot of our products that are on the website start off as custom orders, so please feel free to send us any ideas you have of something you want making and we will do our best to help you out.
